This introductory course is led by CTOs and designed for engineers.

About your Coach – Sam Thorogood:
Sam is an experienced engineer having led diverse teams and built products that have scaled to over 1 billion users.
Previously he was a venture-backed CTO at Gridcog, a Climate tech SaaS startup. Before the startup world, he spent over 10 formative years as a Software Engineer at Google.
While at Google, Sam created and worked on products such as Google Keep and Google Chrome, led diverse teams building across a wide range of technologies, and designed/implemented communication strategies for Google's developer platform.
Sam is excited to take on Galileo's first Polaris cohort as he's passionate about seeing engineers grow not just by doing "more", but by reimagining their skills for the next level.
