Who we are
This website is operated by Galileo Ventures Pty Ltd ACN 617 596 899 ("Galileo", "we", "us", "our"). Galileo is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Artesian Venture Partners Pty Ltd ACN 112 089 488, which holds Australian Financial Services Licence 284492. Galileo does not hold an AFSL in its own right.
Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or interests of any kind, or an invitation to apply for them, and nothing on it is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Galileo Ventures Fund II, LP is open to wholesale ("sophisticated") investors only. Get your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
Sending us a pitch, business plan or other information
You may send us messages, pitch decks, business plans, startup ideas or other material using the forms and email addresses on this website. We call anything you send a Submission.
You confirm that you have all the rights and consents you need in order to send us a Submission.
We cannot treat Submissions as confidential. We review a very large number of business plans and related materials, and we develop ideas of our own. Many of them are similar. So unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you in writing, we accept no responsibility for protecting, and have no liability or obligation in respect of, any use or disclosure of the information, ideas or materials in your Submission.
When you send us a Submission you grant us the right to read, use, distribute, disclose and otherwise handle it as we consider appropriate, including sharing it in whole or in part with our investors, advisers and partners, who may do the same.
If there is something you need to discuss in confidence, tell us before you send it and we will agree in writing how to handle it. We would rather do that than have you send us something you did not mean to make unprotected.
Intellectual property and ownership
This website is owned by Galileo Ventures Pty Ltd. The website and all accompanying screens, information, materials, user documentation, user interfaces, images, arrangements of information, related software and other proprietary property accessible through it are and remain the exclusive property of Galileo.
This website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and of the courts that hear appeals from them.
